Azure operates on a pay-per-use model, meaning you only pay for the services you use. It supports multiple programming languages like Java, Node.js, and C#. Azure's services include virtual machines, website and database hosting, AI, machine learning, and IoT. It offers secure data storage, scalability, reliability, diverse data handling, and advanced analytics capabilities.
Azure's global cloud infrastructure is continuously expanding, with 93 availability zones across 33 regions as of 2024. These data centers are located in various regions, including the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Azure also offers solutions for AI, data analytics, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and computing. Eighty percent of Fortune 500 companies utilize Azure services.
