Publishiing is done as follows:

• High quality mp4 files are published by Mediabank
• to an inbound Azure storage location
• which triggers the execution of a Logic App with
  • a workflow
  • picking up the source mp4 file
  • which is processed by FFMpeg (https://ffmpeg.org/) running in a container
  • outputting both mp4 and HLS (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Live_Streaming) artifacts
  • which are then published to an accessible Azure storage location

Video publishing logs from the Azure Logic App workflow, are available in NewRelic in Dashboard format.

Platform Team remain responsbile for publishing performance.
